Fall Fine Arts & Crafts Show 2025

The De Soto Arts Council is accepting applications for their annual Fall Fine Arts & Crafts 2025 Show, a juried exhibition held October 10-12, 2025. This indoor show takes place at the De Soto City Hall in the Gymnasium and Senior Center, featuring Friday evening hours (6-9 pm), Saturday (9 am-4 pm), and Sunday (12-4 pm). The event includes live music all three days, food trucks, and beverages from local vendors including Stone Pillar Vineyard & Winery on Friday and Force of Nature Brewing on Saturday.

Artists in fine art and fine craft disciplines are invited to apply. All artwork must be original or hand-made by the artist, with items made using patterns not allowed. This is a family-oriented show, so art featuring nudity or deemed offensive will not be accepted. The application requires 4 images and a $25 application fee (waived for previous participants). Cash prizes of $250 will be awarded to top winners in 2D, 3D, and photography categories, with $500 for Best in Show.

The show features extensive advertising and promotion, select social media artist highlights, professional overnight security on Friday and Saturday, a well-provisioned artist hospitality area with free lunch on Saturday, and a Friday evening sponsor happy hour (4:30-6:00 pm) where sponsors can purchase artwork with DAC Bucks. Applications are due June 15, 2025, with jury results emailed June 22 and fees due July 21.
