About This Call
The 2025 Fall Fest in Candler Park will take place on October 4 and 5, marking the 24th year of this neighborhood festival. This year features a larger festival footprint, extending out of the park and into the streets of the neighborhood. The festival draws attendees from across metro Atlanta, with a diverse artist market, premiere food vendors and dynamic entertainment. All participants receive a high level of visibility and foot traffic due to the location in and around Candler Park.
All work exhibited in the Artist Market must be the artist's original artwork (all mediums accepted), handcrafted items such as clothing, furniture and decorative objects, and consumables such as soaps, lotions, candles, and specialty food items. Artist market hours are 11am - 6pm on Saturday and 11am-5pm Sunday. The jury process is rolling, with an average of 280 applications submitted each year and 170 artists selected to participate.
Booth fees are $300 from March 5-April 14, $325 from April 15-August 1, and $350 from August 2-September 1. Non-profit booths are $100. Artists must provide their own 10x10 flame-proof tent, and there will be no electricity or generators allowed. Set up is Friday, October 3rd for park booths (3pm-8pm) and early Saturday morning for street booths. Load out begins at 7pm on Sunday, October 5th. There will be no registration after the deadline and no refunds given for cancellation after September 1st.
