About This Call
The Fall Celebration Market is an outdoor pop-up market taking place on Sunday, September 20, 2026, from 10 am to 6 pm at the Grand Rapids Downtown Market. The event will be held under the Market Shed and in the east side of the Market parking lot, featuring 40-80 vendors selling handmade fall items including art and photography prints, candles, ceramics, fall clothing and accessories, home decor, locally made food items, seasonal produce, skincare products, textiles, and more. Guests will enjoy shopping while accessing cocktails and mocktails from an outside bar and entertainment.
Both artist and non-artist vendors are accepted. Booth sizes vary, with pricing as follows: 8x5 covered booth ($75), 8x10 covered booth ($100), and 10x10 uncovered booth ($100). All 10x10 tents must have tent weights; ground stakes are not allowed. The application fee is $15. Vendors will be juried on a rolling basis and notified within two weeks of applying. Vendors accepted for the Fall Celebration Market will not be accepted as vendors in other 2026 Grand Rapids Downtown Market public markets or events, and will be limited to no more than four Downtown Market vendor events in 2026.
Food vendors must carry applicable food licenses and products must be prepared or packaged in a licensed kitchen. Foods prepared under Cottage Food Law, food and beverage for immediate consumption, mobile food establishments, and Special Transitory Food Units are not allowed. CBD-related products and stickers are prohibited. If accepted, vendors must provide a liability insurance certificate with required additional insured entities to [email protected] by Friday, September 11, 2026. No refunds will be given for vendor cancellation after acceptance and payment.
