Fall 2025 Open Juried Exhibition

The Portrait Society of Atlanta invites artists to submit original, 2-dimensional or 3-dimensional fine art portraiture for this juried exhibition. The exhibition is open to both PSA members and non-members.

Entry fees are $35 for the first piece and $5 for each additional piece (up to 3 pieces) for PSA members; $45 for the first piece and $5 for each additional piece for non-members. Entry fees are nonrefundable. Entries must be original portraiture containing a human person with at least an ear, eye, or nose visible. Pets are acceptable only when accompanying a human. Artwork must be family-friendly with no nudes, sexual acts, violence, or offensive language. Digital reproductions, digitally generated art, AI-generated art, photography, paintings over photographs, copies of other artists' work, and student/class work are not permitted. Entries must not have been exhibited in a PSA exhibition in the last 2 years, won first place in any previous PSA exhibition, or been displayed in more than 2 prior PSA exhibitions.

Artwork size (without frame) must be a minimum of 5" x 7" and may not exceed 40" in either width or height. All paintings must be ready for hanging with D rings and wire in place, in an appropriate gallery frame or gallery-wrapped canvas. Sawtooth hangers are not accepted. All artwork must be for sale. Submit high-quality JPEG images at least 1500 pixels on the longest edge with a maximum file size of 30 MB. Images should be cropped to show only the artwork with no visible matting, frames, or background. Accepted works must include an identification card on the back with title, artist's name, medium, size, email address, cell phone number, and price.
