FALC 30th Annual Juried Exhibition

The Fine Arts League of Cary presents the 30th Annual Juried Exhibition, open to artists aged 18 and over living in North Carolina and surrounding states. Membership in FALC is not required. The exhibition will be held at the Page-Walker Arts and History Center, 119 Ambassador Loop, Cary, NC 27513, from July 2 to September 5, 2025, with a reception and awards ceremony on July 25, 2025 from 6-8 p.m.

Artists may submit up to three pieces of two-dimensional artwork in any medium, style, or genre, including mixed-media and photography. Art reproductions, diptychs, triptychs, and multi-panel works exceeding 30" x 40" are not eligible. Artwork must be originally conceived and self-created; paintings created in instructional settings are not considered original. Only one piece per artist can be accepted. Maximum size is 40 inches wide with frame, and artwork must not exceed 50 pounds. Unframed pieces should be gallery wrapped with painted sides and no visible staples. All artwork must arrive dry, wired, and ready to hang. Artwork must be family-friendly and appropriate for the general public.

The entry fee is $35.00 (non-refundable) for up to three pieces, payable through CaFE. Submissions are handled exclusively through CaFE and must include one photo per piece (maximum 5MB, 72dpi resolution). Artists must hand-deliver artwork on July 1, 2025 between 9:30 a.m. and 4:30 p.m., and pick up artwork on September 5, 2025 between 11 a.m. and 4 p.m. Shipped work will not be accepted. All artwork must remain in the exhibition for the duration of the show and must be available for purchase. FALC receives a 25% commission on all sales. The juror is Adam Cave. FALC will award $2,500 in prizes: 1st Prize ($1,000), 2nd Prize ($750), 3rd Prize ($500), and five Honorable Mentions ($50 each). Acceptance notifications will be sent by email on June 22, 2025.
