Exposure 2025

EXPOSURE 2025 is the annual Photographic Resource Center Members juried show. Since 1996, the exhibition has featured work by more than 400 photographers at various career stages. A respected member of the photographic community—including curators, gallerists, and publishers—serves as juror and selects between 10 to 15 artists for exhibition. The juror then selects between 2 and 4 pieces per artist, offering photographers the opportunity to showcase work at a deeper level than most juried shows. The EXPOSURE 2025 juror is Conor Moynihan, Interim Department Head and Associate Curator of Prints, Drawings, and Photographs at the RISD Museum.

Photographers working in a broad range of exhibition-ready bodies of work are encouraged to apply, including traditional and non-traditional approaches to photography. Applicants must be current members of the Photographic Resource Center through October 2025. For a non-refundable entry fee of $35, photographers may submit 3-6 images from a cohesive, exhibition-ready body of work, along with a checklist, artist statement, and resume. Entries are accepted from May 1st through June 15th, 2025. Selected artists will be notified between July 5-9. The exhibition runs August 22 – October 4, 2025, with a gallery reception on August 29 from 5-8pm.

Selected artists are responsible for packing and arranging delivery and retrieval of works, including all shipping costs and transit insurance. Prior arrangements must be made with the PRC for shipped work. Artists must be available to provide help with installations and supply any special hardware or instructions if required. The PRC requests 30% commission from any work sold during the exhibition.
