Exposed 2022

EXPOSED 2022 is an online photography exhibition open to all artists over the age of 18. All styles of photography, all subjects, and all types of photographic manipulation are eligible. Artists are invited to submit 3 to 10 digital images. Only online entries with digitally uploaded images to CaFE will be accepted.

Entry fees are $35 for 3 entries ($30 for Marin Society of Artists members), with $7 for each additional entry up to 10 pieces. Diptychs and triptychs count as one piece. Digital entries must be received via the CaFE application by Thursday, February 24, 2022 before 10:59pm Pacific Time Zone. Images must be JPG or JPEG format, 1200 pixels or greater on the longest side, and under 5 MB. Artwork previously shown in an MSA juried entry exhibition will not be accepted. No more than 2 works by any one artist will be included in the final juried selection.

The exhibition runs March 15 through May 14, 2022, presented as an online presentation in the MSA Virtual Gallery and as a video version. A virtual ZOOM reception will be held on Sunday, March 27 at 5pm PST. The juror is Ian Bornath, a professional photographer and educator. Awards include First Prize: $500, Second Prize: $300, Third Prize: $100, and several non-monetary Honorable Mention awards at the juror's discretion. Artists will receive email notification of accepted artwork on March 6, 2022. By submitting work, artists choose to offer their work for sale unless otherwise indicated. The artist's email contact information will be posted with their artwork on the Online Gallery. 100% of sales go to the artist; MSA takes no commission.
