EXPO 42

EXPO 42 is an international virtual competition open to artists over the age of 18 living in the United States or abroad. The competition accepts all fine arts media including watercolor, oils, acrylic, mixed media, printmaking, pastel, drawing, collage, sculpture, installation art, video (short), photography, original digital art, and fiber art. No crafts are accepted. Artists may submit up to 6 images and/or 2 videos of original work. The entry fee is $45.00.

Finalists will be notified by January 13, 2023. The virtual show will run from February 1-28, 2023, with work displayed on the gallery website and social media platforms. A Zoom reception and awards presentation will be held on Saturday, February 11, 2023. Cash prizes include $300 for First Place, $200 for Second Place, and $100 for Third Place. If selected as a finalist, images of artwork, artist name, voice, video, artist's statement and/or bio may be used on the gallery website, social media, print and other publicity to promote EXPO 42.
