About This Call

The 60th Annual Evergreen Fine Arts Festival takes place August 22-23, 2026 at the Buchanan Recreation Center in Evergreen, Colorado. This free public event, run by the Evergreen Artists Association, attracts an estimated 6,000-8,000 collectors from across Colorado. The festival is open to the public from 10am to 5pm both days.

Artists may apply in multiple fine art media categories including painting, drawing, sculpture, clay, glass, jewelry, photography, fiber, leather, wood, metal, digital art, printmaking, and mixed media. Each application requires a $45 non-refundable jury fee and five high-quality images (four individual pieces plus one mandatory booth shot). A blind jury panel of professional artists, gallery owners, and art educators will review submissions in early April. Award winners from the previous festival are automatically invited and have their application fee waived.

Accepted artists receive artist amenities including free catered dinner on Saturday evening for the artist and one guest, booth sitters, overnight security, free parking, artist-only restrooms, and early setup on Friday. Ribbons and monetary awards are presented at the Saturday evening artists dinner. An Emerging Artist category is available for Colorado residents with little or no outdoor art fair experience, offering reduced booth fees and provided display equipment. The application deadline is March 31, 2026 at midnight. Artists must be notified of jury decisions by April 20, with booth fees due by June 1. Cancellations made by June 15 receive an 85% refund of booth fees.
