Evendale Juried Photography Exhibition

The Evendale Cultural Arts Center presents the 2020 Evendale Juried Photography Exhibition. Up to seventy juror-selected photographs will vie for cash awards in this year's show bringing together professional and amateur fine art photographers. All subject matter and photographic processes are welcome. As this is held in a family-friendly cultural arts center, artwork will be evaluated for appropriateness. Student category is considered any student under the age of 18 currently enrolled in school.

Photographers (professional and amateur 18 years or older living within a 50-mile radius of Evendale) are eligible to submit digital photographs or film photographs. A maximum of five photographs can be submitted. The entry fee is $10 per entry (students 18 and under receive a $5 discount with coupon code STUDENT). Evendale residents who submit by September 13 are free of charge. The application deadline is September 20, 2020.

The exhibition will be held October 25–November 9, 2020 on the grounds of the Evendale Cultural Arts Center, 10428 Reading Rd. Cincinnati, OH 45241. Due to ongoing public health concerns, accepted artworks will be installed throughout the Village of Evendale municipal complex, with photographs reproduced on weather-resistant substrates. Judging will be done by 2020 Juror Kent Krugh, a fine art photographer living and working in Cincinnati. Winners will be announced on the first day of the exhibition. Over $500 in cash prizes will be awarded: Best in Show ($250, which includes a solo exhibition), second place ($125), third place ($75), and honorable mentions ($25). A student division offers $75 for first place, $50 for second, $35 for third, and $15 for honorable mentions.
