About This Call

The 6th Annual Eustis Estate Arts Market takes place on September 27, 2026, as an open air market featuring local craftspeople selling unique, handmade work in a wide range of mediums. The market runs from 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. rain or shine.

Artists are selected through a blind jury process. A jury of 8-10 people reviews and scores applications based solely on five submitted images (four of artwork/product and one of booth set-up). Up to 60 artisans are invited to exhibit. Applicants will be notified of jury status mid-late May 2026 via email. Once notified of acceptance, exhibitors must pay the $75 booth fee by July 10, 2026 to confirm participation. The application fee is $10 and non-refundable. If an exhibitor cancels before July 31, 2026, the booth fee will be fully refunded upon written notice; no refunds are given after July 31.

All products must be original, hand-crafted, and well executed (except for those in the Antique/Vintage category). Historic New England does not accept AI, commercial goods for resale, kits, imported, or consigned goods. Work must be categorized into one of 20 specified categories including Bath & Body, Candlemaking, Clothing, Fiber, Folk Art, Food, Glass, Jewelry, Leather, Metalworking, Miscellaneous, Painting/Drawing, Paper, Photography, Pottery/Ceramics, Printmaking, Soft Sculpture, Toys, and Woodworking. Artists may apply in up to 3 categories with one application per category. All work must be family friendly and not exhibit anything that could be interpreted as racist, sexist, homophobic, or otherwise offensive.

Booth spaces are 12 x 12 feet. Exhibitors are responsible for providing tents, tables, or canopies for displays. No electricity is provided and generators are not allowed. Propane heaters with open flame are not allowed. Booths must have either 40lbs of attached weight per leg or stakes no shorter than 6 inches. Set-up begins at 7 a.m. on September 27; booth break-down cannot start until 4:00 p.m. Booth fees will not be returned in the event of inclement weather. Historic New England reserves the right to close the show for safety reasons if weather turns severe. All booths include an exhibitor guide listing, vehicle parking on the grounds, and light breakfast on the morning of the event.
