About This Call
The Estes Park Labor Day Arts and Crafts Show will be held September 5-7, 2026, in Bond Park in the heart of Estes Park, near the entrance to Rocky Mountain National Park. This juried show is organized by the Estes Valley Sunrise Rotary and staffed by 50+ volunteers. The outdoor show historically features 92+ vendor booths and several food trucks, marking the end of mountain summer days and the beginning of autumn revelry in the community.
The show welcomes any artist who exhibits their own handmade works of art. Approximately 92 artists will be accepted after a competitive jury process. All items must be handmade by the exhibiting applicant, with no more than 10% commercially produced materials. Applications require a minimum of 5 images of work and 1 image of outdoor display. Media categories include bath products/candles, ceramics, drawing, fiber, glass, jewelry, leather, mixed media, metal, painting, photography, printmaking/graphics, wearable art, and wood. CBD products are not accepted.
Applications are available January 1, 2026, with a final deadline of March 31, 2026. The first round of approvals/rejections begins March 1, 2026, with additional rounds as needed. Booth fees are due 28 days after notification. Show hours are Saturday and Sunday 9am-5pm, Monday 9am-3pm. Amenities include complimentary morning coffee, tea, and donuts, plus limited booth sitting based on volunteer availability.
