About This Call
Orange County Creatives Gallery will be hosting a summer show featuring art that best conveys the "Essence of Summer." Accepted work will be on display from August 5-29, including during the First Thursday Art Walk on August 7.
"Essence of Summer" is open to all 2 dimensional art forms including but not necessarily limited to painting, drawing, illustration, mixed media, and photography. Unframed canvases must be gallery wrapped and wired. All frames must be well constructed and wired for hanging. Art not properly wired for hanging cannot be displayed.
Orange County Creatives Gallery embraces talent rather than a specific genre or medium and accepts work from early-career artists, students, amateurs, and established artists. Entry fee is $35.00 plus a $3.00 media fee. Applicants must submit 1-15 images. The gallery is located in Laguna Beach, a premier art community and bustling summer destination.
