Epic Women Exhibition

The Epic invites professional and amateur artists to submit work for the Epic Women Exhibition, a curated exhibition for March 2022 Women's History Month. The exhibition's mission is to create a space where women are able to share and express their ideas, cultivate support, and empower women within the local community. Throughout history, women have faced obstacles such as reproductive health and civil rights issues, gender-based violence, and gender role discrimination. All works must be family-friendly appropriate.

Eligibility is open to professional and amateur artists who are 18 years of age and above. Applicants must submit an artist statement, CV, and four different work samples. Works must have been completed within the past year. The entry deadline is February 18, 2022. Artists will be notified of their application status no later than February 21, 2022.

Accepted indoor work must be dropped off by Thursday, February 24, 2022, between 10:00am and 8:00pm at The Epic Recreation Center. Work must be picked up at the conclusion of the exhibition on Monday, March 28, 2022, between 10:00am and 8:00pm. The exhibition runs March 7-26, 2022, with a reception on March 18, 2022.
