About This Call
Emotions - 2022 is an international online exhibition and publication opportunity organized by Gallerium. Artists are invited to submit artworks that display human feelings and emotions. The opportunity is open to all visual artists worldwide working in any art medium, including painting, drawing, illustration, printmaking, photography, digital art, fiber art, sculpture, and mixed media. Artists can submit up to 5 original artworks, with a maximum of 2 pieces selected per artist.
Selected artworks will be published in The Book of Arts: Emotions publication and showcased in the international online exhibition from June 15 to July 15, 2022. The online version of the publication will be available for free, while a high-quality print version can be ordered through print-on-demand services. The publication will be distributed internationally to thousands of readers including experts, galleries, curators, and art enthusiasts. Selected artists will receive a digital certificate, an artist profile page on the Biafarin platform, a digital exhibition poster, social media promotional badges, and a report with exhibition analytics including views, comments, engagement rates, and sales statistics.
Submission is free of charge. A selection fee of USD 40 applies only to selected artists. Artworks must be entirely original work executed without instructor supervision and must not be copies or derivatives of other copyrighted work. Artists must have all rights for presenting and publishing their artworks internationally. Artworks created within the last 5 years are preferred, though there is no limit on creation year. There is no size limit for submissions. Artworks that include pornography, violence, racial or religious hatred, or inappropriate or offensive content are not admissible.
