Emerge - A National Multi-Media Juried Exhibition

The Gallery at Macon Arts Alliance is seeking submissions for its first annual juried show, EMERGE, celebrating all forms of visual art, including both 2D and 3D work. Submissions may be preliminary investigative work, experimental work, or finished products.

Artists may submit up to three pieces for consideration (three single images for 2D work or three pairs of images for 3D work). Entry fee is $25.00. 2D work should not exceed 60" x 72" and all entries on paper must be framed and wired. 3D work must fit on a 16" x 16" pedestal or be able to be hung on a wall. Applications must include a short bio and statement about the work. Artists must be 18 years or older.

The exhibition runs January 6-27, 2023, with an opening reception on January 6th from 4-7pm. All accepted artwork must be received by December 30, 2022. Accepted work must be available for sale at Macon Arts Gallery during the exhibition using a 60%/40% artist/gallery commission formula, and will also be listed for sale online at maconarts.org/shop. Unsold work may be picked up or will be shipped back within a month following the conclusion of the show. All shipping costs are the responsibility of the artist.
