Edmonds Arts Festival - Miniatures & Small Paintings / Photography

This call is for artists entering miniatures, small paintings, and/or photography only. Entry fee is $18.00 for one to four pieces. Artists can submit 1-4 unique works of art per entry, with digital images in JPEG format only (1,200 pixels or greater on the longest side, under 5 MB).

Miniatures and Small Paintings: All media under painting, prints, and drawing categories are accepted. Artwork cannot exceed 5" x 5" (25 sq. in.) unframed, or 8" x 6" (48 sq. in.) framed, while maintaining the maximum surface size of 5" x 5". All artwork must be professional in appearance, wired, and ready for hanging. Drop-off deadline is May 4 at ARTspot (408 Main Street, Edmonds, WA) or Tsuga Fine Art (10101 Main Street NE, Bothell, WA). Photography: Images must originate from a single point of view from a camera. Post-processing edits are allowed including color manipulation, high dynamic range, panorama stitching, element removal, and filters. Finished artwork must not exceed 44" H x 54" W. Artwork must be wired for hanging; sawtooth picture hangers are not accepted. Drop-off for accepted photography is June 12-13 at Frances Anderson Center (all pieces must be picked up by 1pm June 22).

Important dates: Application deadline May 3; notification of acceptance by May 23-28; Awards Ceremony June 14, 5pm-7pm at the Plaza Room; Festival June 19-21 (Friday & Saturday 10am-8pm, Sunday 10am-5pm).
