Edmonds Arts Festival Gallery Arts Main Categories, Call 1 2025

The Edmonds Arts Festival Gallery Arts Call 1 is open to regional artists from Washington, Oregon, and Montana. Artists must be 16 years or older. The festival accepts entries in paintings, prints, drawings, mixed media 2D, photography, digital art, sculpture, and artisan works. Artists may enter up to four pieces total across categories, with an entry fee of $22.00 per piece.

Work must be original, produced within the last five years, and not previously shown at the Edmonds Arts Festival. All entries must be for sale and priced to sell. A 35% commission will be collected on all sales. Finished artwork for paintings, mixed media 2D, printmaking, drawing, photography, and digital art must not exceed 36"x40" or 1,440 square inches unframed, and must not be smaller than 12"x12" or 144 square inches unframed. Three-dimensional work may not exceed 60"x30"x30". Digital images must be JPEG format, 1,200 pixels or greater on the longest side, and under 5MB.

The festival runs June 13-15, 2025 (Friday & Saturday 10 a.m. - 7 p.m., Sunday 10 a.m. - 5 p.m.). Drop-off of accepted work is June 7 at Frances Anderson Center (700 Main St., Edmonds, WA) from 12 p.m. - 6 p.m. Notification of acceptance will be sent by email by May 15-16. More than $12,000 in cash awards will be presented at the Gallery Arts Awards Reception on June 9. A shipping option is available through Phoenix Art Restoration for artists unable to deliver work in person.
