About This Call
The Edina Art Fair is a three-day outdoor fine arts festival held annually for over 50 years in the 50th & France Business District in Edina and Minneapolis. Known as one of the largest and most prestigious outdoor fine arts festivals in the Midwest, the event showcases 250+ juried artists and attracts tens of thousands of visitors. The fair has been regularly rated among the best art fairs in the nation by Sunshine Artist and ranked in the Top 100 Fine Art Fairs by the Art Fair Source Book.
The 2025 event will be held June 6-8, with hours Friday 3:00 pm - 8:00 pm, Saturday 10:00 am - 7:00 pm, and Sunday 10:00 am - 5:00 pm. Artists must be present during all fair hours and load in Friday morning with load out Sunday evening. All work must be original and 60% the artist's work, with only juried pieces allowed for display and sale. The jury process selects artists based on originality, creativity, and mastery level, with approximately 500 applications received annually for 250 spaces.
Booth fees start at $575 for 10x10' spaces, with limited corners and double booths available at additional cost. Awards include Best of Show, Best Display, and six Awards of Excellence, with winners receiving automatic entry and fee exemptions for the following year. Artist amenities include snacks and beverages, 24-hour security, volunteer booth-sitters, and artist information listed on the website. Applications require 4 images total including 1 booth shot plus 3 work images, with notification by March 28, 2025.
