About This Call
The Easter HOP-Up Market is an indoor pop-up event taking place at the Grand Rapids Downtown Market on Sunday, March 22, 2026, from 10 am to 6 pm. The event will be held in the Market's Greenhouse and Banquet Room on the second floor. Vendors are juried on a rolling basis and will be notified within two weeks of applying. Vendors may sell Easter-related decorations, costumes, stuffed animals, books, packaged food and sweets, and other items guests might need to prepare for the holiday. Acceptable items include art, baskets, cards, children's clothing and accessories, DIY crafts, eggs, garland, gift wrap, ornaments, personalized gifts, photography, signs, stained glass, wreaths, and more. Stickers are not permitted. Food vendors must carry applicable food licenses and products must be prepared or packaged in a licensed kitchen. Foods prepared under Cottage Food Law, food for immediate consumption, mobile food establishments, and Special Transitory Food Units are prohibited.
Four booth styles are available: Greenhouse 8'x5' for $100 (16 available), Greenhouse 8'x10' for $150 (11 available), Banquet Room 8'x5' for $100 (10 available), and Banquet Room 8'x10' for $150 (11 available).
