East Side Art Show (ESAS) 2017

The East Side Art Show (ESAS) is presented by St. Clair Shores Adult & Community Education. The event consists of two parts: a juried fine arts exhibition and a 2-day art fair. ESAS was created in 2014 with the mission of establishing a bond between cultural arts and the community.

The ESAS Art Exhibition runs June 1-30, 2017, held in conjunction with host venues and businesses throughout the surrounding communities. Artist bios and descriptions of their work will be posted near their pieces. Both the jury and community will vote on their favorite artwork, with voting beginning at noon on June 1st and ending at midnight on June 30th. Prize awards include 1st Place ($3,000), 2nd Place ($1,000), and 3rd Place ($500). Prize amounts are subject to change year to year.

The ESAS Art Fair takes place June 10-11, 2017, on the grounds of St. Clair Shores Adult & Community Education at 23055 Masonic Boulevard, Saint Clair Shores, MI 48082. Many participating artists will demonstrate their craft at the 2-day fair. Entry fee is $30.00. Work sample requirements: minimum 3 images (maximum 3), with option for up to 1 audio file and 1 video file (total samples: minimum 3, maximum 5).
