About This Call
Howard Alan Events returns to East Hampton for a second summer art fair at Herrick Park. Exhibitors will arrange their displays along Newton Lane in the picturesque park, benefiting from excellent visibility from a major thoroughfare. The park is located next to a bustling shopping area and is easily seen from the upscale shopping district of the Hamptons, featuring renowned brands such as Chanel, Prada, and various other luxury retailers. This is a three day event with a convenient Friday morning set up.
This competitive show is limited to the number of exhibitors accepted, chosen by a jury of highly qualified, talented, experienced artists. The jury meets weekly and applications are juried in order of date received. Show hours are Saturday 10am-6pm and Sunday 10am-5pm with Friday set-up. Booth spaces are 10x10 (10x20 are limited and double booth image must be submitted and approved). Public admission is free with parking available near the show site.
Application requirements include 3 images of work, 1 image of 10x10 outdoor display with white canopy tent, and biography or website. The jury fee is $35.00 (non-refundable) and booth fee is $620.00. Accepted mediums include clay, digital, fiber, glass, jewelry, mixed media, painting, photography, printmaking/drawing, sculpture, wood, and resin. Artwork must be original, handcrafted, and directly created by the approved individual artist.
