EAFA 2017 Juried Members Show

This juried exhibition is open to all current EAFA member artists. Up to three pieces may be submitted, with a maximum of three accepted for the show. Entry fee is $30 for the first piece, $5 for the second piece, and $5 for the third piece, paid online via CAFÉ.

All 2D artwork must be at least 8 x 8 inches (not including frame) with outer dimensions not exceeding 40 inches on the longest side (including frame). Digital submissions must be in JPEG format at 72 pixels per inch with a minimum of 1920 pixels on the longest side. Artwork titles are limited to 25 characters including spaces.

The show will be held at EAFA Gallery, 11901 124th Ave. NE, Kirkland, WA 98034. Gallery hours are Fridays 3:00-7:00 pm, Saturdays 12:00-6:00 pm, and Sundays 12:00-5:00 pm. Hand delivery of accepted artwork is June 28, 2017, 9:00-11:00 am. The show opens June 30, 2017 at 3:00 pm and closes August 27, 2017. The reception and awards ceremony is July 8, 2017, 5:00-8:00 pm, with awards presentation at 6:30 pm. Artists will be notified of acceptance by email on June 6, 2017. EAFA Gallery will collect a 25% commission on sales during the show period and up to two weeks following closing. More than $1500 in awards will be presented, including First Place ($400), Second Place ($300), and Third Place ($200), plus additional merchant awards. The juror is Barbara Noonan. For shipped artwork, there is a $45 service fee per work by Phoenix Art Restoration and Framing, with artists responsible for shipping costs.
