EAFA 2016 Juried Open Show

The Evergreen Association of Fine Arts (EAFA) invites artists located in Washington, Alaska, British Columbia-CA, Idaho, Montana, and Oregon to submit 2D or 3D fine art for the 2016 Juried Open Show. The exhibition will be held at Mercer Gallery, Mercer Island Community Center, 8236 SE 24th St, Mercer Island, WA from June 6 to July 22, 2016. The show opens for viewing on June 6, with a reception and awards ceremony on June 9 at 6:30 p.m.

Artists may submit up to two pieces. All 2D art must be at least 10 inches in height or width and may not exceed 36 inches in either dimension including frame. All 3D art must be no larger than 24 inches in height and width. Entries must be original artworks created within the last two years, priced to sell, and appropriate for all-ages viewing. Work copied from another artist or published source is not acceptable. All submitted art must be dry, finished, and ready to display. 2D art must be ready to hang with wire and D-rings attached. 3D art can be tabletop or free-standing.

Entry is online only via CaFÉ at www.callforentry.org. The entry deadline is April 29, 2016 at 11:59 p.m. MDT. Entry fee is $35 for the first work and $5 for each additional artwork. Awards include First Place ($400), Second Place ($300), Third Place ($200), and Honorable Mention ($50), plus additional merchant awards. The juror is Michele Usibelli.
