EAFA 2015 Juried Members Show

The Evergreen Association of Fine Arts (EAFA) invites member artists to submit work for the 2015 Juried Members Show. The juror is Joan Frey. The entry deadline is September 30, 2015 at 11:00 p.m. PST. Online entries open August 30, 2015.

Eligible entries are original 2-D paintings, drawings, collages, original prints, digital art, and photographs created within the last two years. Artists may submit up to two pieces. All artwork must be at least 8 inches x 8 inches (not including frame) with outer dimensions not exceeding 3 feet in either height or width (including frame). Work must be dry, ready to hang with wire attached, and priced to sell. Images must be submitted in JPEG format at 72 pixels per inch with 1920 pixels minimum on the longest side. The entry fee is $30 for one artwork and $35 for two pieces.

Accepted artwork will be displayed at Tsuga Fine Art, 10101 Main Street, Bothell, Washington 98011. The show opens October 27, 2015 and closes November 27, 2015. A reception and awards ceremony will be held October 30, 2015 from 5-8 p.m., with award presentation at 6:30 p.m. Artists are responsible for delivery and pickup of artwork at specified times. Shipped artwork must be sent to Phoenix Art Restoration and Framing and received by October 20, 2015; there is a $40 service fee per shipped artwork plus shipping costs. Hand delivery to the gallery is available October 24, 2015 from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m., and pickup is November 28, 2015 from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m. EAFA will collect a 25% sales commission on all artwork sales from the juror's final selection date through two weeks after the show closes. Late artwork retrieval incurs a $20 storage fee.
