Dreamscapes

Dreamscapes is a national exhibition exploring images inspired by or rooted in dreams and altered realities. Artists making work that is dreamy, mystical, magical, and imaginative in concept and approach—whether representational or abstract—are encouraged to apply. Work must be original and entirely the creation of the artist. Giclee reproductions printed on canvas are not permitted. Work that has been previously displayed at Tubac Center of the Arts is not eligible.

The exhibition runs through April 13, 2025. All artworks must arrive ready to hang. If framed, work must be suitably matted (white, black, or neutral colors preferred), simply framed, and firmly wired with no sawtooth hangers. All work must be for sale; TCA retains a 40% commission. Artists are responsible for shipping to and from TCA and must provide a barcoded preprinted prepaid shipping label for return of artwork.

Entry fee is $30, with an additional $3 per image for up to 3 total images. Up to 4 works may be entered for consideration. Jurying is based on digital images in jpg format only. Awards include Best of Show ($500), Award of Excellence ($300), Award of Merit ($200), and two Honorable Mentions ($100 each). Juror is Elisabeth Geel. TCA members can enter code "Dreamworld" for a 10% discount. Artists must be 18 years of age or older.
