Drawing Rooms Solo Project Space #4

Drawing Rooms is seeking an exciting and compelling cohesive body of work or installation on any theme or concept and of any size or media for Solo Project Space #4. Multiple solo artists will be chosen by the curator: one artist for the Project Space and up to four artists for additional solo gallery areas. Installation artists are welcome and should provide a detailed description of their installation, including materials and timeline needed to install. Artists must provide an Artist Statement describing their intention and motivation behind the body of work.

Acceptable works include 2-dimensional works that are unframed, framed, or mounted on cradled panel as well as 3-dimensional works. Media includes painting or drawing on paper, canvas, or other media; collage or textiles, photography, prints, and sculpture. Works must be original with no AI or reproductions. All works must be for sale with 60% to artists and 40% to Drawing Rooms. Works must be ready-to-hang using picture wire, D-rings, saw-tooth hangers, or the top of the frame. Simple frames in white, black, or wood tones are preferred.

The exhibition runs February 5-March 1, 2026, with an opening reception on February 7, Meet the Artists events on February 15 and 22, and closing reception on March 1. Artists chosen for 2026 shows will have preferred status for the end-of-year holiday exhibition, The Big Small Show. Selected works will also be featured for sale on Artsy.net. Entry fee is $35 with up to 3 applications allowed and 1-15 images required. Artists must be over 18 and international submissions are welcome.
