About This Call
The Downtown Stuart Art Festival has become one of the premier art fairs in Martin County over the years. Located on Osceola Street, the proceeds from the Art Festival support the Stuart Main Street program. The charming downtown area features more than 70 gift shops, restaurants, and clothing boutiques, attracting both locals and visitors who seek to experience the warmth of a small town along with the conveniences of a city.
This competitive show is limited to the number of exhibitors accepted, chosen by a jury of highly qualified, talented, experienced artists. The jury meets weekly and applications are juried in order of date received. The show runs Saturday and Sunday from 10am-5pm with free public admission. Booth spaces are 10x10 (limited 10x20 available) with a booth fee of $525. Set-up is on Saturday, and parking is available near the show site.
Accepted mediums include clay, digital, fiber, glass, jewelry, mixed media, painting, photography, printmaking/drawing, sculpture, wood, and resin. Artwork must be original, handcrafted, and directly created by the approved individual artist. The artist must be present throughout the event to engage with patrons. All tents must be white and displays must be professional and aesthetically pleasing.
