Downtown Los Angeles | Exhibitions & Roster Opportunity

Dab Art Co. is accepting proposals for group exhibitions and solo features. Artists chosen for exhibition will be further evaluated and considered for roster selections. A comprehensive submission should include at least 3 images, a biography and/or artist statement, artist website link, and links to at least 1 social media platform. Early applications are encouraged as exhibition considerations will be made prior to the deadlines.

The Dab Art Co. DTLA Gallery is located within Downtown Los Angeles's historic core in the heart of the Arts District and Gallery Row. The gallery features an industrial style with high ceilings and modern layout. Online exhibitions vary from 3 to 6 months, with a minimum of one solo exhibition selected per month. Gallery exhibition lengths may vary from 4 to 10 weeks. Featured artists are invited and encouraged to personally attend receptions, and a selected few may be invited for recorded artist interviews and/or panel discussions.

Artists selected for exhibition will also be considered for Dab Art Co. gallery representation. Roster artists receive priority consideration for exhibitions, ongoing professional consultation and portfolio assistance, marketing and promotional assistance in selected publications, online market inventory, and website profile. Accepted artwork includes painting, printmaking, sculpture, glass, fiber, functional, digital, photography, installation, mixed media, and new genres. Entry fee is $35 for 3 images; additional images cost $5 each (maximum 20 images). An optional video consultation with the gallery director is available for $100. The gallery retains a 50% commission on all exhibition sales. Notifications are sent via email within 2 weeks after the close of each calendar month.
