About This Call
The Downtown Gaylord June Art & Craft Show will take place June 7-8, 2025 along the streets of South Otsego Ave and the beautiful Alpine styled Pavilion in downtown Gaylord. This two-day show runs Saturday and Sunday from 10am to 5pm daily. Located on the 45th parallel, the Alpine Village of Gaylord is Northern Michigan's heart, offering top-notch shopping, galleries, arts, music festivals and wireless internet access.
This boutique show features no more than 75 artists and vendors from multiple categories, with jewelry capped at no more than 25% of the event. Artists are selected through a review of their work by a panel of qualified experts, with top artists chosen according to their skill and quality of work. The show accepts handcrafted items across categories including ceramics, accessories/clothing, digital art, drawing, fiber, food/gourmet, glass, graphic & printmaking, jewelry, metalwork, mixed media, painting, photography, soap/bath-body products, sculpture, wood, and other works.
Application fee is $15 before February 1st, $25 after. Booth fee is $250, corner booths $300, and double booths $500. Five images are required plus a booth shot. The show offers free artist parking and unloading near booths. Setup is Saturday 7-9am with possible Friday setup if the Pavilion is available. All vehicles must be off the festival footprint by 9am daily. Booth spaces are approximately 10' x 10' on grass, and all exhibitor tents must be white.
