About This Call
This boutique Art & Craft show will feature a maximum of 75 artists allowing for less competition, less crossover booths and more potential opportunities to connect with shoppers. This is the inaugural Downtown Englewood Spring Art & Craft Show taking place April 18-19, 2026, open Saturday & Sunday 10am to 5pm. The application fee is $25, with booth fees of $399 if paid before December 20, or $449 if paid after. Artists may apply in up to 2 categories.
The focus is on handmade & artist designed items, but the jury will consider unique/creative gift ideas, authors, inventors and designers. Artists are selected through a review of their work by a panel of experts. The show accepts various categories including artist-made work, craft production, inventor creations, designer work, and other innovative concepts. All artist exhibitor tents must be white, and booth spaces are approximately 10' wide by 10' deep with at least 2 feet between booths.
Vendor amenities include participating artists listed on Facebook event page, categories capped with no more than 25% jewelry, designated reserved unloading area, staff support throughout the event, and marketing through social media ads, posters, rack cards, local tourism websites, and print ads. Setup is Saturday morning 6:30am to 9am, with easy load in and load out next to booths. Artists must be open for full event hours with no one-day opportunities.
