About This Call

The Memorial Day Craft Festival takes place on NE 4th Ave in downtown Delray Beach, stretching from E Atlantic Ave to NE 2nd St, surrounded by shops, restaurants, and an artistic community. The show runs Saturday and Sunday, 10am-5pm, with setup on Saturday. Public admission is free with no gate fee.

This is a juried show limited to handcrafted work across mediums including ceramics, jewelry, paintings, fiber, glass, wood, metal art, photography, sculpture, and more. Booth spaces are available in 10x10, 10x15, and 10x20 sizes. The booth fee is $435.00. Applicants must submit 3 images of work, 1 image of a 10x10 outdoor display with white canopy tent, a biography or website, and pay a $20 non-refundable jury fee. Applications are juried in order of date received; early application is recommended as categories may reach capacity. Allow 2 to 4 weeks for application processing. Upon invitation, a $50 deposit may be made if the event is more than 30 days away, with the balance due no later than 30 days prior to the event. If applying within 30 days of the show, a $30 late fee applies.

Artwork must be original and handcrafted by the approved artist or through collaboration between two artists. One medium only per booth is permitted. The artist must be present throughout the event. Subletting, kits, imported goods, and mass-produced items are prohibited. American Craft Endeavors allows a limited quantity of offset prints, giclees, and reproduced work that must be clearly labeled as such. Exhibitors selling food or skin care products must have product liability insurance naming Howard Alan Events, Inc. and American Craft Endeavors as co-insured. Overnight security is onsite. Daytime parking is available for RVs and standard vehicles. American Craft Endeavors has produced juried street craft festivals in Florida for over 40 years and promotes events through WRMF FM, the Palm Beach Post, Sun Sentinel, Boca News, Forum Publishing, and Comcast Cable.
