About This Call
Thunderbird Artists and the Downtown Chandler Community Partnership present the annual fine art and wine festival in the heart of the Downtown Chandler historic district. The festival will close Commonwealth Avenue to accommodate up to 100 juried fine artists.
All work must be original and handcrafted by the artist. At least 65% of displayed work must be original art. Kits, imports, mass-produced items, clothing, hobby items, and bazaar-type articles are prohibited. No open-ended edition prints are permitted. All categories must be juried prior to acceptance. If submitting multiple media, separate images and jury fees are required for each medium.
Booth sizes and marketing/space fees range from 10' x 10' at $500 to 10' x 20' with corner at $1,090. Artist participation is not confirmed until receipt of the marketing/space fee. Artists must provide their own display, which must be weighted, sturdy, safe, clean, and tidy. All tents must be solid white and flame retardant. Setup must occur by 9am on the first day of the show. The festival closes at 5pm, and artists may participate in wine tasting after 4pm. Recommended attire is business casual. Artists must acquire proper state and city/town tax licenses and permits. The refund deadline is January 15th, 2027; full refunds (minus a $35 cancellation fee) are available before this date. After January 15th, no refunds will be given.
