About This Call
The Downtown Bryan Street & Art Fair will take place on Sunday, April 26, 2026 from 10am until 4pm. This juried event features artists from across the region as well as live music, free family activities, and hands-on art demonstrations. Over the last several years, Downtown Bryan has actively fostered arts & culture, and this festival continues to build on that by inviting local and regional artists to showcase their work. Admission is free to the public.
The booth fee for a standard 10x10 space with tent included is $250.00, charged only after acceptance. Limited electricity is available for an additional $25.00. Artists receive a welcome packet, volunteer booth sitters as needed, free bottled water, boxed lunch delivery, and promotion on the website. All artists must submit 5 images of items to be sold and a booth setup photo. Applications are accepted on a rolling basis with notification by March 1, 2026.
Artwork must be original, handmade work with the artist present at the event. Mass-produced or commercial products are not accepted. Medium categories include 2-D and 3-D mixed media, ceramics, drawing, fiber, functional art, glass, jewelry, painting, photography, printmaking, sculpture, watercolor, and woodwork. This is a rain or shine event with no indoor backup location. Booth placement is arranged by Destination Bryan on a first-come, first-serve basis after jury selection.
