Downtown Austin | SOLO and Group Summer Exhibition Selections

Sí Gallery, located in the East Sixth neighborhood of Downtown Austin, is accepting submissions for solo and group exhibitions both online and in gallery. Online exhibitions vary from 3 to 6 months, with a minimum of one solo exhibition selected per month. Gallery exhibition lengths may vary from 6 to 8 weeks. Featured artists are invited and encouraged to personally attend receptions, and a selected few may be invited for recorded artist interviews and/or panel discussions.

Entry fee is $35 for 3 images, with additional images available at $5 per image (maximum 20 images total). An optional video consultation with the gallery director is available for $100. The consultation includes in-depth discussion of your submission, website, social media, biography, and artist statement, with feedback designed to improve your online presence and increase exhibition invitations. Consultations are limited to 1 hour maximum, conducted via Zoom, and recorded for your reference. You will have 90 days to schedule your consultation. Consultations are non-refundable regardless of invitation status.

Artists selected for exhibition will be considered for Dab Art Co. gallery representation, which includes priority consideration for exhibitions, professional consultation, portfolio assistance, marketing and promotional assistance, and online market inventory. Notifications are generally sent via email within 2 weeks after the close of each calendar month. Selected artists receive either an "Invited" status for immediate exhibition placement or "Wait List" status, with waitlisted artists featured in at least one exhibition within the calendar year. Gallery retains a 50% commission on all exhibition sales. Payment to artists is provided within 60 days after the exhibit concludes and receipt of full payment from the buyer. All mediums and genres are considered. Work must be original, unsold, and the artist must own the sole copyright. For 2D artwork, pieces must be ready to hang with professional quality frames, mats, and wiring. Artists are responsible for round-trip shipping with prepaid return labels.
