DownEast National Juried Indoor Sculpture Exhibition

This exhibition is open to all artists ages 18 and up working in any three-dimensional media. Indoor submissions must fit through a standard sized door and be ready for display. Each artist may submit up to 3 entries for $20, with additional entries costing $5 per entry up to a maximum of 6 total entries. All entries must be submitted digitally as JPGs by Saturday, January 23, 2021.

Accepted indoor work must be hand delivered or received by Saturday, February 27, 2021 between 1:00pm–4:00pm at Emerge Gallery, 404 S. Evans Street, Greenville, NC 27858. Shipped work must include a prepaid mailing label for return and be received by Wednesday, February 24, 2021. Work must be able to be exhibited for the length of the exhibition, March 5–25, 2021. Accepted work must be picked up on Saturday, March 27, 2021 between 1:00pm–4:00pm. Work left after the exhibition will become the property of Emerge Gallery. Shipped work will be returned starting March 27, 2021.

Emerge Gallery will retain a 40% commission (30% for East Carolina University students). Gallery insurance covers accepted work from drop-off through March 27, 2021 for 60% of the sales price with a maximum of $5,000. If work is not for sale, an insurance value must be given and marked NFS or work will not be insured. Prizes: 1st Place $500, 2nd Place $250, 3rd Place $100.
