Donor and Event Coordinator

New Conservatory Theatre Center, San Francisco’s premiere Queer & Allied theatre company is seeking a Donor and Event Coordinator to join our dynamic Development team. This position is full time and reports to the Director of Development. This position assists with NCTC’s Development efforts by managing all onsite donor events, assisting with the planning and execution of NCTC’s annual gala, and managing the donor database via processing gifts, generating regular reports, and creating donor listings. This position is required to work evenings and weekends during the mainstage season. The ideal candidate will have: Prior fundraising experience a plus, Exceptional interpersonal skills, Superior organizational skills; be thorough, accurate, detail-oriented, and reliable, A superior ability to solve problems creatively and effectively, Experience with MS Word, Excel, Patron Manager and/or Salesforce, and social media preferred.
