Dollar Bank Three Rivers Arts Festival 2025

Applications are now open through January 31 for the Artist Market at the 66th annual Dollar Bank Three Rivers Arts Festival, a production of the Pittsburgh Cultural Trust, in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. Due to numerous downtown revitalization projects occurring in the summer of 2025, including construction of a new four-acre outdoor civic space that will serve as the Festival's new long-term home starting in 2026, the 2025 Festival will take place at a new and temporary downtown location (still to be announced) with a four-day format, June 5-8, 2025. The Cultural Trust will provide a location update via Zapplication and TrustArts.org/TRAF in early 2025.

The Festival will feature a familiar high-quality lineup of performing and visual art attractions, including the fine art and fine craft Artist Market—a cornerstone of the iconic free Festival. The application fee is $435, with 7 images required and a booth shot required. Emerging artists are accepted, and complimentary jury coupon codes are available for eligible artists including 2024 Award Winners, 2025 Emerging Artist Applicants (must live within 150 miles of the festival and have never done an outdoor festival before), Emerging Artist II Applicants, and Advisory Board Members.

The Artist Market upholds high standards of quality as a fine art and fine craft market. Artists must be present during the entire festival, with booths open from 12 p.m. to 8 p.m. each day. All work must be original, designed and crafted by the applicant, with no commercial molds, kits, patterns, or factory-made items accepted. Medium categories include ceramic, drawing, computer graphics & digital art, wearable and non-wearable fiber, glass, precious and non-precious jewelry, leather, metal, mixed media, musical instruments, painting, photography, printmaking, sculpture, and wood. Each 10'x10' booth space includes one-third of a 20-amp circuit (about 500 watts), and exhibitors are responsible for providing their own tent, display materials, and adequate weights for securing their booth.
