About This Call
Exhibizone presents Diversia, an international online group exhibition series encouraging artists to share work related to UN calendar events and critical situations recognized by the United Nations. The May 2022 exhibition focuses on themes including World Press Freedom Day, World Migratory Bird Day, International Day of Living Together in Peace, World Bee Day, International Day for Biological Diversity, and other UN-recognized observances. Any abstract or representational interpretations of these subjects are welcome.
Selected artworks will be exhibited online from May 7, 2022 to June 7, 2022. Awards include a Public Choice Cash Prize of US$300 (US$100 per artist) for the 3 artists with the highest ratings throughout the exhibition, publication in a stylish colorful exhibition catalogue (available in online and print versions), promotional badges for social media sharing, artwork reviews and ratings from visitors, exhibition promotion including press releases and social media presentation, analytics reports on views and engagement, potential publication in art magazines and books, a free online artist profile page on the Biafarin platform, and a digital certificate for all selected artists.
Submission is free of charge. Selected artists pay a selection fee of USD 30. Artists can submit up to 6 original artworks in any 2D or 3D medium including painting, drawing, illustration, printmaking, photography, digital arts, fiber art, textile arts, sculpture, and mixed media. Artworks must be entirely the work of the entrant and original; artworks created within the last 5 years are preferred. Artists must have all rights for presenting and publishing artworks internationally. Artwork photos should show only the artwork with no frames or extraneous backgrounds. The opportunity is open to all visual artists worldwide. Artworks including pornography, violence, racial or religious hatred, or inappropriate or offensive content are not admissible.
