About This Call
Exhibizone presents Diversia, an international online group exhibition series encouraging artists to share work in relation to UN calendar events and critical situations. The July 2022 exhibition focuses on themes including International Day of Cooperatives, World Population Day, World Youth Skills Day, Nelson Mandela International Day, International Moon Day, International Chess Day, World Drowning Prevention Day, World Hepatitis Day, International Day of Friendship, and World Day Against Trafficking in Persons. Any abstract or representational interpretations of these subjects are welcome.
Selected artworks will be exhibited online from July 7, 2022 to August 7, 2022. Artists can submit up to 6 original artworks, with a maximum of 2 selected per artist. Submission is free; a selection fee of USD 30 applies only to selected artists. All visual artists working in any medium worldwide are eligible, including painting, drawing, illustration, printmaking, photography, digital arts, fiber art, textile arts, crafts, jewelry, sculpture, installation, and mixed media. Artworks must be original works created by the entrant without instructor supervision and must not be copies or derivatives of copyrighted work.
Awards include a Public Choice Cash Prize of USD 300 total (USD 100 per artist) for the 3 artworks with the highest ratings, publication in a stylish colorful exhibition catalogue (online and print versions), digital promotional badges, artwork reviews and ratings from visitors, exhibition promotion including press releases and social media presentation, analytics reports on views and engagement, potential publication in art magazines and books, a free online artist profile page on the Biafarin platform, and a digital certificate. Selected artworks will be promoted for online sales, though artists can mark work as Not For Sale. Selected artists who are Biafarin Gold or Platinum members receive free artwork shipment in case of sales.
