Desert Breeze

Art Mozaik Gallery is accepting entries for the juried art competition "Desert Breeze," a celebration of the beauty and mystique of the desert landscape. The exhibition will showcase a diverse collection of artworks that capture the essence of the desert's vastness, tranquility, and ever-changing colors. Artists from all backgrounds and all over the United States are invited to submit their work. Art Mozaik Gallery especially values the contributions of New Mexico's diversified and flourishing arts community.

Eligibility: Applications accepted from living artists over the age of 18. All works must be original and for sale. Artwork must be no larger than 16"x20" preferably without frame. No copies, diptychs, or computer-generated work. Entries must not be copies or derivatives based on other copyrighted or published work, and must not have been produced as part of class instruction. Media accepted: paintings in any medium, drawing, printmaking, and photography. All accepted artworks must be ready to hang/display with proper hardware.

Entry fee: $45.00. Submit 1-3 images. Exhibition dates: July 1-30, 2024. Reception for accepted artists: July 12, 2024, 5-8pm. Unsold works pickup/return: July 30 - August 3, 2024, 11am-2pm. Contact: [email protected].
