delecTABLE: The Fine Art of Dining: Sixth Biennial National Functional Ceramics Exhibit

delecTABLE is a juried exhibit dedicated to the presentation of functional ceramics, focusing on the fine art of dining, including serving vessels, place settings, platters, and dinner table décor. The exhibit is open to national (US) artists at least 18 years of age. Proceeds from the sale of work and associated events will benefit the Art Students League of Denver and its ceramics program.

Submit up to 3 functional ceramic pieces or sets shown in up to 5 separate images (including optional detail shots). Work must be innovative and original, made entirely of ceramic materials (with limited exceptions for handles, knobs, or accents), completed within the past three years, and not previously shown at delecTABLE. Each piece or set may not exceed 30 inches in any dimension or 20 pounds in weight. The entry fee is $35 (nonrefundable). Images must be in JPEG format, 300 DPI, 1920 x 1920 pixels. Juror Andrew Clark will select work based on digital images submitted. Selected work must be the actual pieces displayed in the exhibit.

Accepted work is due at ASLD's Gallery (200 Grant Street, Denver, CO) by March 6-12, 2023. The exhibit runs April 7 - May 21, 2023. All work must be available for sale; artists receive 60% of the sale price, with ASLD retaining 40% commission. Artists are responsible for shipping costs to and from ASLD. Awards up to $500 will be designated for select artworks and announced at the Artists Reception on April 28, 2023. Sales proceeds and award payments will be made within 30 days of the exhibition end.
