Deerfield Art Festival 2027

The 5th Annual Deerfield Art Festival takes place in Deerfield, Illinois, about 25 miles north of Chicago. The festival features approximately 100 juried artists working in all mediums and is free and open to the public. Live music, food, and activities for children are included. The community is characterized by an average household income over $200,000, homes averaging over $500,000, and over 40% of residents holding graduate degrees.

Artists keep all sales income from the show. Amdur Productions staff provides support throughout the festival, including booth sitting, assistance with load-in and load-out, and overnight security. Close day and overnight artist parking is reserved at no additional cost. Equipment rental (tents, weights, tables, chairs), pro-panel walls, and setup/take-down assistance are available for additional fees. Hotel discounts at local hotels are arranged for participating artists. The festival is supported by extensive marketing including newspaper and radio advertisements, posters, street banners, social media, and direct mail.

Load-in is Friday afternoon and Saturday morning. Standard booth space is 12' wide by 10' deep for $550. A 20' by 10' late space is available for $1,100. Corner space upgrade fees are an additional $200. All artwork must be original work created by the accepted artist(s) and made for sale. AI art is accepted when clearly identified as such. Application deadline is January 18, 2027, with notifications sent February 18, 2027. Late applications are accepted thereafter. Registration forms and show fees are due March 18, 2027.
