Dama Gallery | Los Angeles

Located in the Historic Core of Downtown Los Angeles, Dama Gallery is part of Gallery Row, an elite arts and culture district comprising over 50 distinguished art galleries, museums, theaters, and public art installations. The gallery exhibits alongside renowned establishments such as Hauser & Wirth, The Broad and MOCA. Entries are reviewed weekly with selections made throughout the month, carefully considered by location and curator to ensure each gallery space reflects its unique identity within the contemporary art landscape.

Exhibition lengths vary from 1 to 3 months, with the number of pieces depending on the artist's medium and selected work sizes. Featured artists are invited to attend receptions, and selected artists may be invited for recorded interviews or panel discussions. Artists selected for exhibition will also be considered for representation by Dama Gallery, which includes priority consideration for exhibitions, professional consultation, portfolio assistance, marketing support, and online market inventory. The gallery adheres to a 50% commission structure and lists artworks on Artsy for online visibility.

Accepted artwork includes painting, printmaking, sculpture, glass, fiber, functional, digital, photography, installation, mixed media and new genres. All artwork must be original, unsold, and professionally framed with secure wiring. Entry fee is $35 for 5 images with additional images at $5 each, up to 20 total. Artists are responsible for round-trip shipping and insurance. Sales remittance occurs 5-7 business days post-exhibition, with detailed statements provided.
