Dab Art's 2015 Summer Juried Exhibition at The HUD Gallery

Dab Art's 2015 Summer Juried Exhibition at The HUD Gallery seeks high impact art of all genres for exhibition. The juried show will be held at The HUD Gallery in Ventura, California, a 10,000 square foot 1930's era building located just north of Los Angeles. The vaulted ceilings and suspended display walls create a distinctive exhibition space. Finalists will be invited to display selected works in a five-week exhibition from July 10 to August 2, 2015. The top three artists will receive cash awards, and there will be an additional cash award for the most professionally packed artwork.

Accepted mediums include painting, drawing, printmaking, sculpture, photography, and digital art. All artwork must be ready to hang and must not exceed 60" on any side. The jury panel of professional working artists, gallery owners, arts educators, and editors will choose individual pieces based on technical application, originality, and concept.

Entry fee is $20 for 1-3 entries and $5 for each additional entry. Submit 3-15 images of your work. Artists are responsible for round-trip shipping and insurance. All shipments must include a prepaid UPS or FedEx return label in an appropriate reusable container. No packing peanuts are permitted. Selected artists will be notified by June 23, 2015, and all artwork must be received by July 6, 2015. The opening reception is July 11, 2015 from 7-9 p.m. Dab Art retains 30% commission on all sales, and all accepted artwork must be listed for sale.
