About This Call
This exhibit explores how collage can challenge perception, merge textures, blend realities and give discarded or ordinary materials a new life. From analog paper compositions to digital collage, sculptural assemblage and experimental mixed media - if it involves combining elements to create something fresh, we want to see it! We're seeking bold, imaginative, mixed media pieces that celebrate the power of layering, assembling, reimagining and transforming materials into something entirely new.
This in-person, juried exhibit will feature 2D and 3D works. Selected works will be exhibited at the LACA Gallery in Ludington and promoted online on their Facebook page. Artwork does not need to be for sale. Exhibit dates are March 6 - March 28, 2026. Invitees will be notified by Friday February 6, 2026. Artwork must arrive at the gallery no later than Saturday, February 28, 2026. The artist is responsible for shipping items to and from the gallery in Ludington, MI.
Entry fee is $30.00 and allows submission of up to 2 different works in any 2D or 3D medium for consideration. Open to all artists, 18 years and older, national and international, working in collage. No reproductions or derivatives of original art are accepted. An artist statement (200 characters or less) is required for each piece submitted and will be displayed during the exhibit.
