About This Call

The Curatorial Assistant position supports the mission of the Eiteljorg Museum by assisting the work of the Eiteljorg Curators, including the Vice President of Curatorial Affairs & Collections, Curator of Native American Art, Hoback Curator of Great Lakes Art, Culture, and Community, and Associate Curator of Western American Art. Responsibilities include scheduling and calendar management, taking meeting minutes, communications with artists and other external partners, responding to inquiries from the public, image services (internal and external), research assistance, and writing/editing for curatorial projects.

As part of the Curatorial, Collections, & Exhibitions Division (CC&E), this position helps coordinate communications, scheduling, and tasks between CC&E and other internal museum departments. The Curatorial Assistant reports to the Vice President of Curatorial Affairs & Collections.
