About This Call
The Annual Cup Show invites ceramic artists to submit functional cups, mugs, tumblers, and similar vessels. Nationally recognized ceramic artist Maliya Travers-Crumb will jury the exhibition, selecting 25 artists. The exhibition will be on view and for sale in The Krikorian Gallery at the Worcester Center for Crafts and listed online at thehandcraftedshop.com. A $150 juror's choice award and $100 staff pick award will be announced at the start of the exhibition.
Submissions must include 4-10 high quality images of 4-6 pieces. Work must be functional ceramics, no larger than 10" tall and 6" wide, and priced at no more than $150 per piece. Artists must be 18 or older and living or working in the United States. The $30 entry fee can be reduced to $15 for currently enrolled students (email [email protected] for discount code). All accepted work must be available for sale and accompanied by a signed consignment contract. The store receives 50% of profits from sales.
Work must be delivered by October 18, 2025. The exhibition runs December 4-24, 2025. Unsold work will be shipped for return starting January 27, 2026, or artists may pick up unsold pieces between January 27 and February 1, 2026. Artists must provide either a prepaid return shipping label or a signed statement of intent to pick up their work.
