About This Call
Crystal Bridges Museum of American Art is proud to announce its second annual art fair, taking place from October 4-5, 2025, in Bentonville, Arkansas. This fair offers a unique and elevated experience compared to other regional craft fairs, creating an immersive environment that highlights high-quality, curated works from both local and national artists. By being hosted at Crystal Bridges, a renowned cultural institution, the event is elevated to a higher level of sophistication and accessibility, attracting art enthusiasts and collectors who may not typically attend traditional craft fairs. The CBMAA ART FAIR is the ONLY art fair affiliated with Crystal Bridges Museum of American Art and the Momentary.
The art fair will represent modern and traditional artists from across the United States, showcasing fine artworks in various mediums including ceramics, wood, textiles, glass, drawing, painting, mixed media, jewelry, photography, metal/iron, and sculpture. Artists must submit five images and a short bio and price range of the work to be showcased, including a set-up booth shot. All artwork must be handmade, skillfully created, and produced by the artist. Artists may show work only in categories in which they were accepted, and all work must be for sale.
The event features 80+ exhibitors and expects 10,000+ attendees. Booth fees are $600 for 10x10 outside spaces, $850 for 10x10 inside spaces, and $1200 for 10x20 outside spaces only. Optional electric add-on and corner locations are available for $75 each. Artists retain all revenue from sales and are responsible for state and local sales tax of 9.5%. Insurance is mandatory with minimum coverage of $1,000,000. Artist amenities include 24-hour security, volunteer support, booth sitters, artists lounge with snacks and drinks, and assistance with load-in and load-out.
