About This Call
The Crozet Arts and Crafts Festival is an award-winning, juried arts festival held at Claudius Crozet Park in Crozet, Virginia, just outside Charlottesville. In 2026, the Festival will celebrate its 46th year as the longest running juried arts festival in the area. The Festival showcases fine art and craftwork from artists and artisans, drawing both local patrons and out-of-town visitors.
The Spring Festival takes place May 9 & 10, 2026 (Mother's Day Weekend). Artist check-in and setup occurs May 8 from 10am to 6pm. Booth options include 10×10′ ($300), 15×10′ ($400), and 20×10′ ($500) spaces, with pavilion spaces available for an additional $50 fee. Electricity is included with some field and all pavilion booth spaces. Amenities include complimentary coffee and pastries, overnight security Friday and Saturday nights, booth sitters, on-site exhibitor parking, and listing on the Festival website and printed program.
Applications are due January 31, 2026. The application fee is $35 (online) or $45 (email/paper application), nonrefundable. Applicants must submit five images: four representing the complete range of work to be displayed and one booth shot without signage. A $150 deposit is due by March 1 if accepted and will be credited toward booth fees. The Festival offers awards including Director's and President's Choice (honorary), Best in Show, 2nd Place, and 3rd Place. Award winners receive jury exempt status for the following year and free or discounted booth space. Work is accepted in 13 media categories including clay, fiber, glass, jewelry, metal, painting, printmaking, and others. The jury consists of at least three artists, arts professionals, or collectors using a blind jury process. Contact [email protected] for questions or to request an email application.
